Thank you for respecting these policies. They help appointments run smoothly and ensure every guest receives the best possible experience.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require future appointments to be booked by request rather than online.

Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require an adjusted service to fit the remaining time of the appointment. 

A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. Credit and debit card payments are subject to a processing fee of 3.5%, which reflects the transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

Cash, Zelle, and Venmo are accepted with no additional processing fees.
