Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a fee. If you no show to your appointment more than 3 times, unfortunately you will be restricted from the booking system
If you are running late please let me know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late that will cut into the service time allotted and we may not be able to complete the full blow dry & style. More than 30 minutes late may be required to reschedule as we may not have time to perform your service any longer
