A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted access to future online booking.
Please arrive on time to ensure your service can be completed as scheduled.
Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may result in an adjusted service to fit the remaining time.
Appointments delayed by 30 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled and will still be subject to the scheduled service charge.
A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. Credit and debit card payments are subject to a processing fee of 3.5%, which reflects the transaction fees charged by the payment provider.
Cash, Zelle, and Venmo are accepted with no additional processing fees.
